CHEHALEM MOUNTAINS AVA PINOT NOIR
a single uplifted landmass made up of several hilltops, ridges and spurs rising to 1,633 feet (498 m) above sea level. These mountains, identified as the highest in the Willamette Valley, greatly impact the vineyards by sheltering them from winds blowing south through the Columbia Gorge. The diversity of growing environments and topography are considerable in this area, which provide a wide range of styles. A dense fruit profile is typically for this area.
Due to the diverse micro-climates in this AVA the resulting wine FROM each VINEYARD are equally diverse. TYPICALLY, the wine tends to be fruit forward and balanced with notes of spice.

EOLA-AMITY AVA PINOT NOIR
Located in the heart of thE Willamette Valley, the Eola-Amity Hills wine region is off the beaten path, with picturesque countryside and stunning views of the Coast Range to the west and the Cascades to the east. Vineyards in this AVA are influenced by cool afternoon marine breezes that come into the Willamette Valley through the Van Duzer Corridor, resulting in the preservation of the grape's natural acidity and producing a brighter, fresher winE.
Made to be the ideal expression of the Eola-Amity Hills. Wines from this AVA tend to harness characteristics of cherry and earth, balanced with acidity. Decant a younger wine to bring out the fruit aromas.
