92 Points - 2018 Chehalem Mountain Pinot Noir

Vivid ruby. Ripe, spice-tinged red and blue fruits, savory herbs, licorice and a hint of candied rose on the assertively perfumed nose. Gently chewy and precise on the palate, offering sweet cherry and black raspberry flavors that reveal hints of smokiness and baking spices as the wine opens up. Finishes long and sappy, with solid thrust, building tannins and resonating floral pastille and cherry notes.
